Return Refusal - Store Denies Price Drop-Related Refund
I want to return the products I purchased because their prices have dropped. However, your Koçtaş Kuşadası store is refusing to accept the return. I have already visited the store multiple times and spoken with store personnel, but no solution has been offered. This has caused both financial and emotional distress. You stated on social media that you would resolve my issue, and I am requesting that this situation be resolved accordingly. Otherwise, since I was unable to exercise my 30-day right of withdrawal, I will file a compensation claim with the Consumer Court.
Unfortunately, my refund was not accepted. They did not accept my refund because I bought the products at a higher price, even though I could buy them for 31,500 TL less now. I have submitted my case to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My right of withdrawal was not granted within the return period and they could not find a solution.
