Kobo E-Book Pages Are Blank – Requesting Refund or Proper Access
I purchased an e-book from Kobo on August 1, 2024, but the pages are completely blank—there’s no content at all. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with customer service, the problem still persists. I either need the e-book to be properly loaded with content or a full refund for my purchase. It’s unacceptable that this issue hasn’t been resolved, and I’ve received no clear communication or solution. Kobo needs to address this problem immediately and keep me informed on the next steps to fix it.
