Kıyafet Sepeti Still Has Not Refunded My Money After 17 Days

I ordered a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti and paid approximately 5,000 TL in full by bank transfer. After I made the payment, they informed me that the dress was out of stock, so I requested a refund. They told me that my money would be returned within 15 days, starting from 19 April 2026. During these 15 days, I contacted them several times via WhatsApp to ask about the status of my refund. Each time, they only replied that the 15 days were not over yet and gave no clear information. Now it is already the 17th day, and I still have not received my money back. In my last conversation, they said they would transfer my case to the finance department, but after that, I did not receive any further response or update, and whenever I follow up, they just repeat the same things and delay the process. I want my 5,000 TL refund to be paid to me immediately without any further excuses or postponement. Based on my experience, I do not find this page trustworthy, and I do not recommend anyone to shop from them.
