Kiwi.com Ice Maker Repair Delay Issue

I submitted a repair request (0199972) for my Kiwi.com ice maker on March 1st. Today's date is April 4th, and unfortunately, I received an incorrect product that does not match what I ordered, even though the 20-day legal deadline has passed. They are unable to rectify their error and insist that I surrender the item to the courier. I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which the package arrived. It is crucial for me to highlight that I will not accept this item until I receive my original product.
