Kiko Foundation And Glow Serum Caused Redness Swelling Reaction

I placed an order from Kiko’s online store on March 3, 2026, with the order number 3170736925712569. Among the products I purchased were a liquid foundation and a glow serum. Approximately 15 minutes after applying these two products to my face, I experienced comedones, redness and swelling on my skin. I then visited a dermatologist, who informed me that the product could be comedogenic and may have caused this reaction. After this serious skin problem, I contacted Kiko by phone, and during a call three days ago I was told that I would be called back. However, I still have not received any response. In addition, I have seen that other users have reported similar complaints and issues related to these products. I request that these products, which have negatively affected my skin to this extent, be thoroughly examined from a dermatological perspective, that all necessary checks be carried out and that product safety be ensured. I also expect that my personal grievance will be remedied and that the necessary measures will be taken so that other users do not encounter the same problem.
