I recently purchased a lip gloss from the newly opened Kiko Milano store and I am very disappointed and concerned about ...its quality and safety. Instead of applying smoothly like an oil-based gloss, it went on chalky, uneven, and patchy, leaving a thick, dry residue that caused immediate discomfort.
