Kick.com Keeps Sending My Gifted Subscription to the Wrong User

I clicked on the username of the person I wanted to gift a subscription to in the chat, selected the "gift subscription" option, and after making sure the recipient's name was correct on the payment screen, I confirmed the transaction. However, the gifted subscription went to a random user.This issue has been happening on and off for about a month. I’ve experienced it around 5–6 times myself, even when trying from different accounts. My friends also tried gifting subscriptions to test it, and they encountered the same problem. Since our main goal was to support the streamer rather than only gift a specific person, we initially ignored the issue. But after it happened again today, I sent a detailed email explaining the situation in English. Unfortunately, I’ve only received automated AI responses and no real reply so far.
