I purchased a Kia XCeed Elegance Plus 2024 model on July 19, 2024, but have been dealing with a recurring issue since day one. Every 10–15 minutes while driving, I receive a "rest alert" notification, which is both unnecessary and incredibly disruptive. This ongoing problem has significantly diminished my satisfaction with the vehicle and shaken my trust in the Kia brand.
This is my fourth Kia vehicle, and I was a loyal customer up until now. However, this apparent software issue has negatively affected my experience. Despite reporting the problem multiple times to Balıkesir Teknak Kia Service, I received no meaningful assistance or solution. Instead, the service team insisted that I take the car back, dismissing the problem as a one-time occurrence.
I am deeply disappointed by this lack of accountability and poor service. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. Kia, I urge you to take responsibility and address this issue immediately.
