Kia Sportage Steering Wheel Peeling Problem

I own a 2025 Kia Sportage 1.6 T-GDI Prestige mild hybrid and I have experienced peeling and wear on the steering wheel. This situation is not in line with the quality I expect from a vehicle of this segment and age, and it negatively affects both the driving comfort and the overall appearance of the vehicle. When I contacted the service about the peeling steering wheel, I was informed that it is considered out of warranty and that they could not offer a free solution. I do not find this explanation satisfactory, because this kind of material defect should not occur under normal use, especially in a new 2025 model mild hybrid vehicle. I request that the steering wheel of my 2025 Kia Sportage 1.6 T-GDI Prestige mild hybrid be replaced free of charge as a goodwill and customer satisfaction gesture, and that the necessary support be provided so that I do not incur any costs.
The case opened at noon got a response in the late afternoon; the company said they deemed it out of warranty due to heavy usage and external factors. When I asked whether I should have driven the vehicle for 14 months without touching the steering wheel or only 3‑5 thousand km per year, the customer representative said "that's what the headquarters said" and tried to close the case. The current problem with the vehicle is one thing, the company's response to it is another disgrace. I am exhausting my rights, my rights. I will take it to the consumer rights board. Let this be an example for anyone considering buying this brand. One more time, repent...
