Kia Rio Steering Wheel Peeling at 28,000 km – Warranty Replacement

I own a Kia Rio and I receive service from Ankara Kia Oto. In December 2025, when my vehicle was at 28,000 km, I noticed peeling and deformation on the steering wheel surface. This type of wear at such low mileage is not acceptable for a vehicle in this class and age and I consider it to be a quality problem. I contacted Ankara Kia Oto regarding the issue, but I received a negative response and my request was not accepted. I do not find it fair that such a defect, which has occurred in a short period of use and is clearly not due to misuse, is not treated within the scope of warranty. I request that the steering wheel of my vehicle be replaced free of charge under warranty or that an equivalent solution be provided without any cost to me.
