Chronic Defect in Kia Ceed 2011 Model
I've noticed a recurring problem with the central console of my 2011 Kia Ceed, and after doing some research, I found out that it's a common issue. Kia made a defective part, and now they want us to cover the cost of the repair. I've been the car's first owner and I've taken good care of it, making sure it's in great condition. It's never been in any accidents. When I reached out to Kia's authorized service, Celik Motor, they informed me that I would have to pay for the repair. I even sent an email to the factory in Korea, and they replied, telling me to contact the authorized service. It's ridiculous that they don't even have the replacement part available. This level of incompetence is not okay. In the past, we have always used German brands and never had any problems like this. Our other car is made by a German company, and their customer service has always been reliable. Kia's customer service after you buy their products is really terrible. From now on, we won't ever think about getting a Kia for our next car.
