My KFC Order Was Marked as Delivered but Never Arrived
On December 27, 2004, at 8:42 PM, I placed an order with KFC, but it never arrived. The tracking page showed the order was dispatched at 9:30 PM and marked as returned at 11:30 PM. Despite this, the system falsely marked the order as delivered.
I didn’t receive the order, and this mismanagement is highly frustrating. I expect an immediate refund for the payment I made. It’s unacceptable for an order to be mishandled this way without proper follow-up or resolution. Please address this issue promptly and ensure your tracking system accurately reflects the order’s status. I demand my refund without further delay.
