KFC Missing Food and Poor Customer Service

I placed an order at the Piyalepaşa KFC branch on Friday evening, June 16th. I ordered two different meal boxes, but the chicken in both boxes was dry and stale, resembling paper. To make matters worse, one of the boxes didn't even come with chicken or fries. So, if the menu cost 160 lira, they basically didn't send 100 lira worth of the order. I contacted them twice, and they assured me they would send the missing items, but they never did. The chicken they did send was already stale. On top of that, they failed to deliver the product I paid for. When I reached out to them, they said they would promptly send the missing items, but it seems like they're just playing around. While we can tolerate variations in taste, it's unacceptable for them to send incomplete orders and deceive customers instead of making it right. I won't even buy water from them if I'm thirsty again.

It seems that it was shared, but no one cared. I also called the number, but no one helped. I received poor service, but this is the first time I have seen fraud with your brand.
