KFC Canceled Order And No Refund, Customer Number Not Working

I make an order, throw down the cash online, and what do I get? A cancellation notice, not from me, but from the app. No refunds in sight. Called the local KFC joint, and they're like, "Come back tomorrow or whenever." Well, tomorrow came and went, and guess what? Zilch happened. Now, I'm on the phone, trying to reach them, but oh no, their number's acting all shady. Before I even talk to customer service, they give me all the wrong answers. "No orders here," they say. What a ride. I just want my money back and a chicken bucket. Is that too much to ask?
