Elderly Woman Unjustly Expelled from KFC – Nurnberg Germany Train Station Incident

I ordered a children's meal for my mother, but the potatoes were very stale and old, so I had to ask for a replacement. I left my 70-year-old mother at the table with her heavy shopping bags while I went shopping at Lidl. When I returned shortly after to pick her up, I couldn't find her where I had left her. Apparently, one of the managers approached my mother and said, "You didn't shop here," and forcibly removed her from the premises. This was because after finishing her meal, my mother tidied up her tray and sat at a clean table, waiting for me. It's appalling that the rude manager chose to eject my elderly mother, who was a paying customer, while she innocently waited. This behavior is disgraceful and unacceptable. I demand that the heartless and shameless individual responsible for ejecting an elderly woman, regardless of her status as a customer, be held accountable for his actions and face appropriate consequences. While it's not a crime to be unprofessional, such behavior is morally reprehensible. I am filing a complaint against all parties involved in this incident. Despite being a customer of KFC, my mother was unjustly expelled from the restaurant simply because she cleared her tray after eating and waited courteously at a clean table. This unacceptable incident occurred in less than 15 minutes at the Nurnberg Germany Train Station KFC.
