Kenwood Discontinues Balloon Whisk Attachment for KVL4110S Stand Mixer Still on Sale

We use a Kenwood KVL4110S stand mixer, and we repeatedly experience the exact same issue with its balloon whisk attachment. The wires keep snapping, rendering the part completely unusable. We were able to procure this replacement part once before, but when the wire snapped again on June 10, 2026, we were told that this whisk is no longer in production and out of stock.

Customer representatives first stated they would request it from Italy, but later called back to inform us that they received a negative response from there as well, as the part is discontinued. Although I previously submitted a complaint regarding this exact issue, I received no follow-up whatsoever. Despite this, the exact same stand mixer model is still being sold brand new on the market, including on their own website; however, being unable to source one of its most essential attachments—the balloon whisk—is completely illogical and creates significant hardship for us.

While the product itself remains on sale, I demand that the balloon whisk attachment be produced and provided to me, or that a reasonable solution be offered to address our grievance regarding this chronic issue.
