Karcher Order Missing Item - No Response from Customer Service

On April 9, I ordered a Karcher window cleaning attachment and a microfiber kitchen towel set from their online website. My online order code is 0085114706, and I made the payment on the same day. However, the company shipped the window cleaning attachment but did not provide the other item. I sent multiple emails and received no answer. I've shopped with a lot of different firms before, but this is the first time I've experienced a situation like this. I anticipated Karcher to improve his communication and problem-solving skills. Either ship my stuff or refund my purchase. These behaviors are inappropriate.
