Kärcher 36-46 Battery Mower Woes

I bought the Kärcher 36-46 model battery-powered lawn mower a month ago, and the battery is still not available for purchase. They now say it might come in September, but they had promised it for July earlier. It's frustrating to have a product without its essential part. Customers don't buy a mower just to sit and watch it! And now they claim it'll arrive in September, but what if it's delayed till October or November? We won't have a use for it by then. Why would anyone buy it if there's no need or certainty? It's disappointing to see a big company resort to such misleading marketing tactics. This is not what I expected from you, Kärcher.
