Karaca Not Sending Service Form Needed for My Air Purifier Refund
For my Shark Ninja Never Change 5 Max air purifier, which I sent to Karaca authorized service, I was told that a refund would be issued, but the service form required to initiate the refund process has still not been sent to me. Since August 5, for the past 7 days, I have been contacting customer service 4–5 times a day via both WhatsApp and phone. Each time, I am told that the service form will be sent and that a priority request has been created, and one customer representative even stated that they had personally escalated the issue to upper management. However, despite all these conversations, my service form has still not been sent. My product is under warranty, and no payment has been requested, but without the service form, I cannot initiate the refund process with the store where I purchased the product. I am only requesting that my service form be urgently sent to me. My service form number is SRV-827654-H8M9F. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
