I recently bought the Karaca Mastermaid Chef Stand Mixer, Iconic Beige 1500W 5-liter, and I'm encountering a major issue. When working with dough or similar mixtures, it can be frustrating when it sticks to the sides of the bowl. You have to keep stopping to scrape down the edges so that everything gets mixed properly in the center. This problem is seriously impacting my productivity with the machine. I have a hunch that it could be because of a defect in the manufacturing process. I am contacting you to inquire about the possibility of receiving a complimentary repair or replacement from your company.
