JustDo Plagiarism Checker Not Working – Subscription Refund Request

For my JustDo account registered with the email address salwaaly***@gmail.com, I paid for a subscription on 26 June 2026 via BTN Mobile Banking under the name Salwa A*** F***, for a total amount of Rp 179.520. After this payment, the plagiarism check feature did not work properly, because the text I submitted could not be read by the Just do system. Since the core function I need from this subscription is plagiarism checking, this malfunction makes the service unusable for me. Because of this, I kindly request that the payment I made for this subscription be refunded to me, as the system is not able to perform the plagiarism check on the text I have already sent.
