Refund Request Due To JustDone Website Being Unusable After Payment
I am writing to report a problem with my Just Done AI access after making a payment via BTN Mobile and to ask for your help to resolve this issue. Today at 08:38, I paid Rp 179.520 from a BTN account in the name of Salwa A** F*** but I still cannot use the plagiarism check feature on Just Done AI. Despite the successful payment, my account has not been updated properly and I am unable to use the plagiarism checking service that I paid for. Because of this, I want to request a full refund of Rp 179.520 or, alternatively, for my paid access to the plagiarism feature to be activated immediately. I am using Just Done AI and BTN Mobile from Indonesia and I have not yet contacted customer service for either Just Done AI or BTN regarding this problem. I kindly request that my payment and account be checked in detail and that this issue be resolved promptly, either by processing my refund or enabling the plagiarism checking feature without further delay.
