Jojobet Removed Membership Cancellation and Support While Causing Financial Loss

Jojobet has been a constant source of frustration for me as a user. Not only does the site seem to continuously cause financial loss, but they’ve also removed the option to cancel memberships, making it difficult for users to leave. To make matters worse, they’ve suspended live support and phone support, which means there’s no way to get real help when issues arise. Instead, they bombard me throughout the day with SMS, emails, and phone calls, which is both intrusive and annoying. Despite raising these concerns, no solutions have been provided. It feels like Jojobet is trying to trap its users rather than provide a fair and transparent service. This experience has left me feeling completely unsatisfied and trapped.
