My experience with Jojobet was quite disappointing, and I feel really let down by their services. The games feel quite unfair, as it seems almost impossible to win, and my consistent losses only reinforce that feeling. I’m really unhappy with this situation, so I’ve decided to cancel my membership as I don’t want to use this platform anymore. Instead of helping me, they just offered excuses and complicated the process for no reason. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with nothing but automated responses from a chatbot, which were frustratingly repetitive and offered no real assistance. It seems like there's a lack of concern for addressing real problems. I anticipated a higher level of service, but this experience has made me wish I never joined Jojobet.
