Jojobet Bonuses Not Credited And Support Ignoring User Complaints
Since 20.10.2025, I have been experiencing serious problems with bonuses and losses on Jojobet and I have been greatly aggrieved. Although I participated in the bonus campaigns advertised on the site, the promised bonuses were not credited to my account. I contacted live support many times, and each time they replied with phrases such as “Please wait, do not leave the line, we are processing your request, we will assist you,” kept me waiting for a long time, and then closed the chat window. I connected to live support three times, was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes on each attempt, and still obtained no result. Previously, I had also filed a complaint through Xolvie, after which I was called and told that my bonuses would be credited, but again no action was taken. When I stated that I was constantly experiencing losses in the games, this was dismissed by the site as “just luck.” The same situation has been continuing for about 2 months, and I have incurred a total loss of approximately ₺400,000. The failure to provide the bonuses stated in the advertisements, the failure to keep promises given to the user, and a consistently delaying attitude give the strong impression that the site operates with a one‑sided, taking‑only approach toward players. I request that Jojobet take into account the grievance I have experienced, refund the ₺400,000 in losses that I believe to be unfair, and credit all the bonuses that were promised to me in full.
