Jojobet Account Cannot Be Closed Despite Repeated Requests

I have been trying to completely close my Jojobet account and end my membership for a long time, but I have not been able to get my account deleted in any way. Even though I have been submitting this request for months, the site keeps stalling me. I have repeatedly requested account closure and membership cancellation through live support. However, each time they either send links that seem fake or the links they send do not open at all. Even though they already have my personal information, they practically do not allow me to terminate my membership. I have money in my account, missing amounts that were never credited, and lost bonuses, but I am no longer requesting any of those—I only want my membership closed. After everything that has happened, my only request is that my Jojobet account be immediately and permanently closed and all personal data belonging to me be deleted. I respectfully request that my account cancellation request be fulfilled as soon as possible and that my account be permanently closed.
