Jojobet Keeps Delaying My Phone Number Update Despite All Documents Sent
Hello, I'm honestly tired of repeating the same things over and over. I've contacted Jojobet customer service multiple times, and each time I have to explain everything from the beginning. They all say, "We’ll check and get back to you later, please reconnect," and when I do, I get the same response again. All I need is a simple contact number update, and I’m surprised it’s taking this long. I’ve sent emails, submitted the required documents, and done everything asked of me, yet there's still no result. They waste hours of my time. There’s no issue when it comes to depositing money, but when it’s time to withdraw, we’re met with endless excuses. Despite following every instruction, I’ve gotten nowhere. I’ve invested a lot in this site, and now you’re wasting people’s time with nonsense. I expect this to be resolved—updating a phone number shouldn’t be this hard.
