Jojobet Removed Winnings from My Account Without Explanation

Last week, I deposited money into my Jojobet account several times, played, and lost. Later, I made another deposit, and this time, I won a total of ₺16,600. However, when I logged back into my account shortly after, I was shocked to see my balance completely wiped out.
I contacted customer support to address the issue, and they claimed that someone accessed my account through "fake websites." This explanation makes no sense because I always played through the official, updated website. It seems like the system automatically deducted my winnings, down to the last penny.
This is unacceptable for a platform of Jojobet’s size. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and the restoration of my ₺16,600 winnings. This kind of behavior destroys trust in the platform.
