I Cannot Withdraw My Money From Jojobet Because Verification Never Completes

Although I’ve completed all the required steps on my Jojobet account—such as uploading my ID and taking a photo—the verification process still hasn’t been completed. I’m not allowed to either withdraw the money in my account or use it in games. Customer service keeps telling me to check back occasionally, but it’s not even available, and I only get responses from bots. What's more frustrating is that there's no clear timeline or explanation for why the verification is delayed. They make it easy to deposit money, but when it comes to withdrawals, they block the process. This situation has left me feeling stuck and taken advantage of.
