Jojobet is not giving me my money. I signed up for the first time and didn’t know about the minimum deposit limit. I tried to play with ₺500, but the system gave an error and said I needed to complete it to ₺4000. I spoke with customer support and deposited another ₺3500. Then they said, “You deposited in parts, you need to deposit the full amount in one go.” So I deposited ₺4000 in a single transaction, but this time they said, “You’ve entered the VIP group.” I said I didn’t want to be part of any VIP group. Then they claimed I had to deposit the same amount again. I haven’t even been able to play a single game, and my money is just stuck in the system. I reported the situation to customer support again, but they just said, “There’s nothing we can do.” I honestly don’t know what to do anymore—please help me.
