JBL Earphone Disappointment, Loose Rubber Bands After Just 6 Months,

I've only had it for six months and barely used it, but now I have a major problem. The rubber bands on the earbuds are loose and they might fall out. Things have gotten worse because I can't find a real repair shop nearby. got these JBL earbuds hoping they would last a long time and sound really good. It's frustrating to see that they're already showing signs of damage after such a short period. The earbuds don't sound as good as they used to, and the rubber bands are too loose, so they're hard to keep in your ears. tried to contact the JBL service center to get some answers, but I couldn't get through. One thing learned the company that made these headphones doesn't have customer service that's easy to reach. Unfortunately, even reaching out to Trendyol, the website where I bought it, didn't solve the problem. The person from Trendyol said they didn't know of any places where JBL products could be officially repaired.
