Jalwa Holding My Money With No Withdrawal Processing

I have been facing a serious issue with withdrawals from my gaming account on Jalwa. I currently have five withdrawal requests totaling ₹69,000 that have been stuck in “pending” status since April 19. There has been no progress at all—none of the withdrawals have been processed or rejected, and the funds remain blocked.

Throughout this period of more than a week, I have repeatedly contacted Jalwa customer support, but I only receive the same automated response stating that the withdrawals are pending and will be processed soon. No real action has been taken, and no clear explanation has been provided.

This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning, as a significant amount of my money is being held without resolution. I request that Jalwa immediately process all my pending withdrawals totaling ₹69,000 and credit the funds to my account without any further delay. I also expect a clear and transparent update regarding the status of these transactions.
