Account Created With Wrong Phone Number and Balance Locked
Today, June 15, I tried to register an account in Jalwa game using my phone number. My correct number is 93x9006*** but by mistake I entered 93x9006*** during registration, and there is no option in the system to change this number afterwards. After creating the account with the wrong number, I loaded a balance of 400 to it. Now the balance is on an account that is not linked to my real number, and I cannot access or use it because the number is incorrect and there is no way to update it from my side. I kindly request that you help me by either correcting the registered phone number to 93x9006*** or transferring the 400 balance to an account with my correct number, or otherwise refunding this amount in a suitable way so I do not lose my money due to this registration mistake.
