iyzico Account Suspended Without Clear Reason – Balance Recovery

My iyzico account was permanently restricted on September 6 while it contained a balance of approximately 14,000 TL. Although I can still log in to my account, I am unable to use, withdraw, or otherwise access the funds in my balance.

I received an email from iyzico Support stating that my membership has been permanently restricted. However, the notification does not provide a clear or satisfactory explanation for this decision, nor does it explain what steps I can take to resolve the issue or regain access to my funds.

This situation is causing me significant financial and personal inconvenience because approximately 14,000 TL belonging to me is currently inaccessible. I believe I should be given a clear explanation regarding the reason for the restriction and a proper resolution for the funds remaining in my account.

I therefore respectfully request that iyzico either remove the restriction on my account and restore my ability to access my balance, or, if the restriction cannot be removed, provide me with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the decision and arrange for the full approximately 14,000 TL balance to be returned to me as soon as possible.

Please treat this matter as urgent and inform me clearly about the steps required to resolve the restriction and recover my funds.
