Isbank Maximum Card ETS Campaign Bonus Points Not Credited

On 28.07.2024, I decided to buy a vacation using the ETS Campaign. Since I do not have a Maximum card, I went to the branch on 29.07.2924 and issued a credit card. However, only two campaigns appear in the application and Maximum mobile application, but the ETS Campaign does not appear. Although I called customer service, I could not find a solution. I had fixed the hotel price until 30.07.2024. I have to pay until this date. For this reason, I want my problem to be solved very urgently and I want to benefit from  ₺5000 points by participating in the campaign. If the problem is solved after payment, I want the MaxiPoints, which I am entitled to up to  ₺7500 points promised in the campaign, to be loaded to me.
