Akbank Axess Campaign: Request for Missing ₺500 Discount


On 28.07.2024, I decided to buy a vacation using the ETS Campaign. Since I do not have a Maximum card, I went to the branch on 29.07.2924 and issued a credit card. However, only two campaigns appear in the application and Maximum mobile application, but the ETS Campaign does not appear. Although I called customer service, I could not find a solution.
