Vakıfbank Click Card Campaign Is Unusable Despite Card Delivery

I participated in the VakıfBank Click Card campaign, which provides a ₺25,000 cash advance without interest or fees, available in three installments via mobile banking. I received my Click Card, but the campaign isn't showing up, which means I can't use it as I planned. The campaign is set to conclude on January 31, 2025, but I find myself unable to benefit from the offer despite having received the card. I am disappointed by the absence of clear communication and assistance from the bank, particularly after taking all the required steps to get involved. I really hope this issue gets sorted out quickly so I can take advantage of the campaign before it runs out. This experience has made me doubt the bank's dedication to fulfilling its commitments.
