İş Bankası Misled Me About Interest-Free Installments for Educational Payments

I use İş Bankası's credit card, and I received a message in the İşCep app offering the option to pay educational expenses in 4 installments. Based on this, I made a one-time payment for my daughter's private school tuition, assuming I could later convert it into 4 interest-free installments. However, when I tried to set up installments through the İşCep app, I saw that it was only possible with a 4.85% interest rate. I immediately called customer service to file a complaint and was told I would be contacted, but no one got back to me. When I called again 5 days later, they asked if I had received an email with the invoice and payment details, but I informed them no such email had been sent. Despite this, 9 days have passed, and I still have no information. I find İş Bankası's disregard for its customers and the misleading nature of their messages unacceptable, and I am filing this complaint.
