Arçelik Refrigerator Refund Pending, İş Bank Unresponsive

I bought a refrigerator in 7 installments from an Arçelik dealer on 09/06/2025. The service team delivered it to my home on 10/06/2025, but unfortunately, the staff couldn't bring the refrigerator inside the house. I visited the Arçelik dealer and explained that the service team was unable to bring the refrigerator upstairs, so I decided to cancel and return the order. The woman at the store assured me that she would get the required documents ready for the cancellation and send them off to the bank. I thought the process was underway, but it's been around 15 days and I still haven't received any updates. I've called the Arçelik dealer and customer service multiple times and sent several messages, yet I keep receiving the same reply: “Yes, we processed the cancellation, it’s up to İş Bank now.” I reached out to İş Bank daily to inquire about the status, only to discover that there had been no notification or update from Arçelik. My credit card statement date is 28/06, and if the refund isn't processed, I will have to pay for a product I never received. I feel overlooked and poorly treated by both Arçelik and İş Bank. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I will take it up with higher authorities, including the Presidential Communication Center, to fully explain my situation. I kindly ask that the refund process be finalized as soon as possible.
