I Demand a Refund for an Unauthorized Iqscore.me Subscription Charge

On 14 June 2026, a payment of 14.99 USD was charged to my Kbank credit card by Iqscore.me without my knowledge or consent. I have never registered on this site, nor have I taken any test, created an account, or knowingly approved any subscription or payment to Iqscore.me. Since I did not authorize this transaction in any way, I consider this charge to be completely unauthorized. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that any subscription or service allegedly linked to my card be immediately cancelled. I demand a full refund of the 14.99 USD charged to my Kbank credit card and written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card by Iqscore.me. Please resolve this immediately, otherwise I will have no choice but to consider taking legal action to protect my rights.
