IQScore.ME Made Unauthorized Recurring Charges to My Credit Card

Although I only authorized a one-time payment of $1 on the IQScore.ME website on August 7, 2026, charges began being deducted from my card on a recurring basis shortly afterward without my knowledge or authorization.

My Mastercard credit card issued by Arbejdernes Landsbank and ending in 5023 has been charged $14.99 once a week since August 10, 2026. A total of $44.97 has been charged so far. I never authorized any membership, subscription, or weekly payment. I only agreed to the $1 transaction.

When I tried to find contact information for the company charging my card under the name IQScore.ME, I was unable to find a reliable way to reach them. As a result, I have no clear point of contact to address this issue. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience because the charges are unauthorized and the company does not appear to provide a transparent and accessible way to resolve the problem.

I request that these unauthorized and undisclosed charges be stopped immediately, that all $14.99 charges made to my card since August 10, 2026 be fully refunded, and that all necessary steps be taken to ensure this company cannot charge my card again under any circumstances.
