IQScore Charged Me for an Unwanted Subscription After IQ Test

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge made by IQScore for a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. On 3 July 2026 at 21:16, an amount of 14.99 USD was deducted from my credit card ending in 6164 via online card payment for the service IQSCORE.ME/AA. I only intended to take a one‑time IQ test and was not aware that I was purchasing any subscription or recurring service. I did not see or knowingly accept any clear information about a subscription or recurring payments. When I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted IQScore by email on 3 July 2026 and informed them that money had been deducted from my account without my consent and requested a refund. In response, IQScore claimed that on June 30, 2026 I had taken an IQ test on their website and purchased a subscription, and that prices were indicated on the payment page, main page, and in the terms of use. They stated that my subscription has now been canceled and that no further charges will be made, but they did not approve or process the refund I requested. I also contacted the bank that issued my card, but they informed me that the service provider must agree to the refund before they can proceed with any dispute or reversal. I clearly do not accept this charge, as I only intended to pay for a one‑time IQ test and did not knowingly subscribe to an ongoing service. I therefore request a full refund of 14.99 USD to my card and written confirmation that my subscription is canceled and that no further amounts will be charged in the future.
