Unauthorized Recurring Charges From IQScore.ME Subscription

I am writing about unauthorized charges from IQScore.ME to my bank card. I first saw an Instagram page for IQScore.ME and on 9 June 2026 I was charged 1 USD, which was my first payment to this service. After that, on 12 June 2026 and again on 19 June 2026, I was charged 14.99 USD each time without my clear consent or understanding that a recurring subscription would be started. The card that has been charged is in the name LAW K*** Y*** M*** and the last four digits of the card number are 1468. I did not knowingly approve any recurring payments of 14.99 USD, and there is no clear contact information shown when I search for IQScore.ME, so I have not been able to reach the company directly to stop these charges. I request that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be cancelled immediately and that the amounts of 14.99 USD charged on 12 June 2026 and 19 June 2026 be fully refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
