Request Refund for Unauthorized IQScore.me Recurring Card Charges

I am being charged 14.99 USD every week by IQScore even though I never requested or knowingly subscribed to any of their services. The charge appears on my Kasikorn Bank card ending with 1390 and is reflected as a transaction to IQSCORE.ME/AA LONDON GB, for example 520.25 THB (14.99 USD) on 23 July 2026 and 30 July 2026. I did not give clear, informed consent for any weekly subscription or recurring payment, and I was not properly informed that my card would be charged in this way. These unexpected withdrawals have caused me financial loss and concern about the security and misuse of my card information. I request that all unauthorized weekly charges of 14.99 USD taken from my Kasikorn Bank card be fully refunded and that any existing subscription or recurring payment related to IQScore be cancelled immediately so that no further amounts are taken from my account. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how my card was charged without my explicit request or approval.
