IQScore.ME Charged My Card Twice for One IQ Test Purchase

I used the IQ test service on IQScore.ME from Kuwait and paid with my credit card ending in 4315. On 13/05/2026, I was charged twice for the same IQ test, with two separate transactions of 14.99 USD each. I only intended to make one purchase and completed only one test, so the second 14.99 USD charge is clearly a duplicate. I contacted IQScore.ME support but the responses I received were not clear and my issue has not been resolved. I have transaction records from my bank showing the two separate charges and will attach these as supporting evidence. I request that one of the 14.99 USD charges be fully refunded to my card and that you confirm this in writing, so that there is no negative impact on my account or future use of your services.

Please note that all the cases raised by other people are similar to mine, involving unauthorized recurring enrollment fees.
