IQScore Took $14.99 Without My Authorization – Stop Future Charges
On July 23, 2026, a charge related to the site iqscore.me/bill appeared on my account for an amount I never authorized. I did not subscribe to any of their services, did not approve any payment, and at no time did I give consent for this charge to be made. When I detected the problem, I immediately contacted my bank and a clarification file was opened, which is currently pending resolution. However, I want to formally state that this charge is completely unauthorized and that I consider it a fraudulent debit on my account by this company. In addition, because of this UNAUTHORIZED charge my balance was left insufficient to make a necessary payment I had to make. As a direct consequence of this UNRECOGNIZED charge, which I consider a theft by this fraudulent “company”, I will no longer be able to make that payment on time and this will generate interest and extra costs for me. For this reason, I am requesting not only the full refund of the $14.99 USD that was improperly charged and the immediate blocking of any future charges or attempts to debit from iqscore.me/bill or any related company, but also a fair indemnification for the damages caused by leaving my balance incomplete and for the interest and additional charges that this situation will generate. I ask that this situation be reviewed as soon as possible and that the necessary measures be taken to protect my account and prevent this from happening again.
