I redeemed two gift vouchers through Ipsos iSay, but I cannot convert them into usable codes. The link they provided does not generate a code, making the vouchers completely unusable.
I tried reaching out to customer support, but there is no response. There seems to be no direct way to contact anyone for help, which is extremely frustrating. I have already submitted a request through the support section, but no one has gotten back to me.
I expect Ipsos iSay to fix this issue immediately and send me my two working voucher codes as soon as possible. If this is how they handle rewards, people should think twice before using this platform!
