Ipsos iSay Reward Code Doesn’t Work—No Guidance

I redeemed my points on Ipsos iSay for a ₺250 CarrefourSA reward, expecting to use it for shopping. However, when I went to CarrefourSA, the staff had no idea how to process the code. They claimed it should start with "62", but the code I received didn’t match this format.

Ipsos iSay also provided no clear instructions on how to use the code, leaving me stuck. Neither CarrefourSA nor Ipsos iSay is taking responsibility, and as a result, I was unable to complete my purchase.

Ipsos iSay, fix this issue immediately! Either ensure CarrefourSA staff are trained to process these rewards or provide clear instructions to customers. Others, beware—you may not be able to use your reward!
