I Report Ipsos iSay Amazon Gift Card Code Not Working On My Account

On August 25, 2025, I redeemed my survey points on Ipsos iSay for an Amazon gift card. However, when I attempted to use the provided coupon code (EARZ-96WN9C-5PBN) on my Amazon account, the balance did not appear, and the amount was not deducted from my order. As a result, I have been unable to use the gift card.

I only tried the code once, so it has not been used multiple times. I reached out to Ipsos iSay customer service, but I have not received any response yet. This situation is frustrating because I expected a smooth redemption process after collecting points through surveys.

I request that this issue be resolved immediately by either activating the original gift card code or sending me a new, valid code that I can use without further problems.
