Hello, I recently redeemed a ₺250 Carrefour gift card through Ipsos iSay, but I am unable to use it. The issue is with the code not being visible in the email attachment. When I open the PDF file, there is no code displayed, making it completely useless.
This isn't the first time this has happened. I earned another gift card, and once again, I am experiencing the same issue. I have reached out for support, but I have yet to receive a solution. If Ipsos iSay offers gift cards, they should at least ensure the codes are accessible and functional.
I expect a properly working gift card code to be sent to my email as soon as possible!
