Ipsos iSay Won’t Let Me Redeem My Points After Completing Surveys

I spent a long time completing surveys on Ipsos iSay, only to find out that I can’t even use my points! The app keeps sending surveys, but when you actually try to redeem your rewards, nothing happens. It’s a complete waste of time.

After participating in multiple surveys, I noticed that I wasn’t receiving any new ones for a while. When I finally decided to redeem my hard-earned points for a reward, the “Redeem” button didn’t work. I contacted customer support, but all they do is send automated, useless responses without solving anything.

This app is a scam—they make you take surveys, but never let you claim your rewards. Ipsos iSay needs to fix this or stop misleading users! Avoid this app!
